Bhairava Linga

PRĀṆA PRATIṢṬHĀNA

॥ दैव अनुग्रह - भैरव प्रतिष्ठा ॥

Kal Bhairav

The Living Consciousness

Prāṇa Pratiṣṭhāna is the sacred alchemical process of breathing life into a form. Through this ancient ritual, a Śiva Liṅga is transformed from a physical stone into a Cit-Śakti (Conscious Field) — a living portal to the heart of Bhairava. It is the bridge between the unmanifested Brahman and the living presence in your home.

The Consecration Mahāmantra

hrīṁ bījaṁ | klīṁ śaktiḥ | saṁ kīlakaṁ | liṅga-prāṇa-pratiṣṭhāne viniyogaḥ ‖

🔱 Punaḥ Prāṇa Sthāpana (Renewal)

For existing Liṅgas that feel stagnant, this renewal process resets the energetic core. It is ideally performed during Pradoṣa, Amāvāsyā, or Kālāṣṭamī. The process begins with a 24-hour water immersion (Jalādhivāsa) to clear prior impressions.

"From this moment onward, know that He now dwells within your home — not as a symbol, but as a living presence of Śiva-Bhairava Himself."

Treat Him with the same love, reverence, and care that you offer to your own self. Whatever is prepared — be it food, water, or any offering — let it first be dedicated to Him. When you serve Him, you are not merely offering food or flowers — you are offering your gratitude, your breath, and your being.

May Bhairava’s grace guide your steps and illuminate your path!
